The Benefits of Paperless
These days, everyone seems to be busier than ever. At Mutual of Enumclaw, we get it. That’s why part of our mission is to remove as much of the stress as possible from the lives of our Members. It’s a goal that also helped inspire us to launch our paperless option—that and wanting to give the trees a break.
With our two paperless programs—paperless policy delivery and paperless billing—you can stay connected to your policy documents, billing statements, and coverage details wherever you are. It’s easy, fast, and convenient.
Signing Up Couldn't Be Easier
When you sign up for paperless, you’ll receive email notifications alerting you that billing or policy documents are available on our member site. It could be in reference to a bill, an EFT change notice, a policy endorsement, a renewal packet—any correspondence meant to keep you informed about your coverage.
The email will direct you to our site or mobile app where you can read the materials, pay a bill, and otherwise stay up to date, all from your phone or laptop. It’s a snap to set up too. Simply follow these three quick steps to get started:
1. Create a profile on the Member Site or our mobile app. If you’re already signed up, just log in.
2. Visit the Paperless Settings page (located on the main menu under Policies and Billing).
3. Check the boxes next to the accounts/policies you wish to set up for paperless. It may take one correspondence cycle to take effect, but once it does, you’ll be freed of the unwanted paper mail while knowing that you’re also doing something good for the environment. That’s a win-win.
Give Paperless a Try
With paperless, you can quickly put all of your MOE insurance information at your fingertips. If you find it doesn’t work for you for some reason, a click or two can just as quickly restart regular mail. So why not give paperless a try?
