Simplify Payments with Easy Pay and Paperless

January 2025

Break up with checks, stamps, misplaced bills, payment stubs—and best of all, transaction and processing fees.

Easy Pay is our convenient payment option that allows Mutual of Enumclaw to deduct your payment directly from your checking or savings account via an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Life is busy, so why not take this one deadline off your plate each month?

How to Sign Up for Easy Pay EFT

There are three different ways to enroll in Easy Pay EFT. To get started, choose one of the following:

1. Sign up online  Fill out the application form on our Member Site.

You’ll need an online member account for this option. If you're not signed up yet, visit member.mutualofenumclaw.com/register to get started. You'll need your Policy Number, Account Number, and Billing Zip Code.

To sign up for Easy Pay, you'll also want to have these ready: your bank name, account number, and routing number and the day of the month you want your payment to be deducted.

2. Submit by mail  Print out the Easy Pay EFT form, complete it by hand, and drop it in the mail.

3. Ask your independent agent  Your agent can submit a digital or physical application for you.

Easy Pay FAQs

How does Easy Pay work?

You authorize payments to be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account by completing and signing the Authorization/Application form.

What happens if I change banks or my account?

No problem. Just notify us at least 4 days before your scheduled due date.

How often will I receive a statement?

You will receive an initial confirmation statement showing the payment date and amount. You will not receive another statement unless your deduction amount changes by more than $1.00, the payment date changes, or the bank/bank account number changes.

What if my payment date falls on a weekend or holiday?

Your payment will be processed on your bank’s next business day.

What happens if I don’t have enough money in my account on the day my payment is due?

If the account doesn’t have adequate funds, we’ll notify you and an NSF fee will be applied.

If I receive a regular billing statement after I sign up for Easy Pay, should I pay it?

Yes. Normal billing activity will continue until we have completed the set-up and notified you. To keep your insurance current while we change your account to Easy Pay, you will need to pay at least the minimum due on the statement.

Do you offer a paid-in-full discount?

No, we do not offer a discount for paying in full.

Are there any processing fees with Easy Pay?

No. Paying with Easy Pay EFT helps you avoid a 2.99% processing fee, which our card processing provider automatically adds to each debit or credit card payment.

Other Payment Options

There are still other ways to pay. But note that installment fees and payment card service fees will apply―unless, of course, you sign up for Easy Pay EFT. Learn more about our other payment options, including paying online, by phone, and by mail.

Cut Down on Clutter with Paperless

Behind our thoughtful approach to service is always the goal of trying to find new and meaningful ways to make our members’ lives a little bit easier. That’s the point of Easy Pay EFT, and it’s also a major upside of another convenient option: paperless billing.

With paperless, we simply email you when there’s a bill, EFT change, or late payment (which you won’t have if you use Easy Pay EFT!) you need to know about. Here's how to enroll in paperless

  1. Log in to the Member Site.
  2. Visit the Paperless Settings page (located on the main menu under Policies and Billing).
  3. Click the paperless option checkboxes next to each account you want to enroll.
  4. Enjoy less paper recycling!
