How to access your online account through the app

If you've already created an account on our Member Site, you can use the same credentials to log in to the mobile app.

If you haven't registered yet, you can do so right in the app—and then, those same credentials can be used to log in to the Member Site.

You'll need the same information as when registering for an account on the Member Site:

• Policy Number
• Billing zip code
• Account Number or your date of birth
