Enumclaw in the 1800s: S.L. Sorenson, an insurance and real estate agent, traveled on horseback from home to home, encouraging local farmers to become members of Farmers Mutual Insurance—which later became Mutual of Enumclaw.

Being thoughtful is at the very core of who we are and what we do. If our history is any guide, we are on the right path.
