Quick Pay is Unavailable
Our Quick Pay service—which enabled making a one-time credit card, debit card, or e-check payment without logging in to our Member Site—is currently unavailable. At this time, we do not have an expected date for this service to return.
One-time online payments are still available, but you will need to create an account on our Member Site.
Please see below for important information about this process and details about other ways to pay, including Easy Pay EFT or paying by phone or by mail.

Available Online Payment Options
To make an online payment, please register for an online account on our Member Site. You will need your Policy Number, Account Number, and billing zip code to sign up. Please see our FAQ page for more information regarding online accounts.
Once you’ve logged in, you can set up your online payment preferences. We offer three options:
1. Easy Pay EFT Program
Our Easy Pay program automatically deducts your payments from your checking or savings account via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). To enroll in Easy Pay, navigate to your Billing Account Summary, click Enroll in Recurring Payments, and select Easy Pay EFT Bank Account Payments.
Using Easy Pay EFT, rather than paying with a debit or credit card, also helps you avoid any transaction and payment processing fees.* Visit our Payment Options page for more information and Easy Pay FAQs.
2. One-Time Payment Using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or E-Check*
To make a one-time payment, navigate to your Billing Account Summary and click Make a Payment.
3. Recurring Payments Using a Credit Card or Debit Card*
To set up recurring credit or debit card payments, navigate to your Billing Account Summary, click Enroll in Recurring Payments, and select AutoPay Credit Card Payments.
Other Ways to Pay
While an online account provides many benefits, including simplifying your billing and payments, you can also pay your premiums by phone or by mail.

*Important notice for Members who use debit or credit cards
Members who use payment cards will see that a 2.99% payment processing fee has been automatically added to each debit or credit card transaction by our card processing provider. Mutual of Enumclaw does not benefit financially from the fee in any way. To avoid fees altogether, please consider enrolling in our Easy Pay (EFT) program.
