Mutual of Enumclaw Trustee Jane Repensek Becomes an NACD Fellow

NACD Fellows Demonstrate Their Commitment to the Highest Levels of Corporate Governance and Leadership in the Boardroom.
SEATTLE, WASHINGTON, December 15, 2014 -- The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) is pleased to announce that Mutual of Enumclaw Trustee Jane Repensek has become an NACD Fellow, the highest level of credentialing for corporate directors and corporate governance professionals.
As an NACD Fellow, Ms. Repensek has demonstrated her knowledge of the leading trends and practices that define exemplary corporate governance today and has committed to developing professional insights through a sophisticated course of ongoing study.

Jane Repensek is the Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration at The Seattle Foundation, one of the top-20 U.S. community-oriented foundations, with total assets exceeding $600 million. Jane leads the finance, accounting, investment management, IT, human resources and administration functions. Jane has more than 25 years of experience in finance and accounting in non-profits, financial services, and manufacturing.

In addition to serving on the Mutual of Enumclaw Board of Trustees, Ms. Repensek is a board member of Cancer Lifeline, a provider of non-medical support to cancer patients and their supporters. She also serves on the BECU Audit Committee. Jane has an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago and a BS in Accounting from Marquette University and is a CPA in the states of Washington and Wisconsin.
