It is a Great Day in Enumclaw! Mutual of Enumclaw is pleased that its employees voted the company one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For! (Seattle Business Magazine)

In fact, Mutual of Enumclaw was also the only insurance company to place in the competition. Although the company has offices throughout Washington, Oregon, Utah and Idaho, this is a particularly important honor because its home office is based outside of Seattle.

Mutual of Enumclaw employs nearly 450 employees throughout Washington-- 365 people at the Enumclaw Home Office and 82 in field claims offices around the state. Eric Nelson, President and CEO said, “I feel very proud that our employees think this is a great place to work. I believe that companies that are great to work for are also great to do business with.” Nelson is especially focused on efforts that provide superior customer service. “We believe that everything we do should demonstrate our company’s commitment to our customers, agents, and employees,” he said. Rena Bilodeau, Vice President of Human Resources believes the same, adding, “I am especially proud that our employees think this is a great place to work.
