Easy Pay (EFT) Plan

When you enroll in Easy Pay, we deduct your payment directly from your checking or savings account by an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). You can save time and money because with Easy Pay you won’t have to worry about checks, stamps, misplaced bills, payment stubs, envelopes, or best of all, transaction and processing fees.

Ways to Enroll in Easy Pay EFT

  1. Members with a registered online account can enroll in Easy Pay EFT on our Member Site. (Visit our FAQ page for more info on creating an account.) Simply navigate to your Billing Account Summary, click Enroll in Recurring Payments, and select Easy Pay EFT Bank Account Payments
  2. You can also use the Easy Pay EFT application form.
  3. You may also ask your local independent agent to submit an Easy Pay EFT application on your behalf. They can also provide you with printed application form if that’s your preference.
  4. Do you prefer to print, complete, and mail your Easy Pay EFT Enrollment Application? Download our Easy Pay (EFT) application form.

To complete the application you will need your bank account information (specifically the name of your bank, their routing number, and your account number) and the day of the month you would like your payment to be deducted from your account.

Easy Pay FAQs

How does Easy Pay work?

You authorize payments to be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account by completing and signing the Authorization/Application form.

What if my payment date falls on a weekend or a holiday?

Your payment will be processed on your bank’s next business day.

How often will I receive a statement?

You will receive an initial confirmation statement showing the payment date and amount. You will not receive another statement unless your deduction amount changes by more than $1.00, the payment date changes, or the bank/bank account number changes.

Do you offer a paid-in-full discount?

No. We do not offer a discount for paying in full, regardless of payment method.

What happens if I change banks or my account?

No problem. Just notify us at least 4 days before your scheduled due date.

What happens if I don’t have enough money in my account on the day my payment is due?

If the account doesn’t have adequate funds, we’ll notify you and an NSF fee will be applied.

If I receive a regular billing statement after I sign up for Easy Pay, should I pay it?

Yes. Normal billing activity will continue until we have completed the set-up and notified you. To keep your insurance current while we change your account to Easy Pay, you will need to pay at least the minimum due on the statement.

Are there payment processing fees with Easy Pay?

No. Paying with Easy Pay EFT helps you avoid a 2.99% processing fee, which our card processing provider automatically adds to each debit or credit card payment (see details below).

Paperless Billing Option

When you sign up for our Paperless option, you will receive notifications by email when billing documents are available to be viewed on our Member Site (bills, EFT change notices, late payment notices, etc.). Once on the site you will have the option to view documents and to make payments (in addition to other available site features).

Using your online profile credentials, log in to our Member Site and visit the Paperless Settings page (which can be accessed from menu under the Billing tab). Once on the page, simply click the Paperless Option checkboxes next to each account you wish to enroll.

Other Online Payment Options

One-Time Payment Using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or E-Check*

Our Quick Pay service—which enabled making a one-time payment without logging in to our Member Site—is currently unavailable. At this time, we do not have an expected date for this service to return.

One-time online payments are still available, but you will need to create an online account on our Member Site. (Visit our FAQ page for more info on creating an account.) Once you're logged in, simply navigate to your Billing Account Summary and click Make a Payment.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these adjustments may cause. For questions or assistance, please contact our Member Services team.

Recurring Payments Using a Credit Card or Debit Card*

Members who are registered with an online account can set up and manage recurring credit card or debit card payments. Simply navigate to your Billing Account Summary, click Enroll in Recurring Payments, and select AutoPay Credit Card Payments.

*Important notice for Members who use debit or credit cards

Members who use payment cards will see that a 2.99% payment processing fee has been automatically added to each debit or credit card transaction by our card processing provider. Mutual of Enumclaw does not benefit financially from the fee in any way. To avoid fees altogether, please consider enrolling in our Easy Pay (EFT) program.
